EXCHANGE POLICY & SHIPPING
Not In Love With Your Purchase?
For in-store and online merchandise we gladly exchange full priced merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached and your receipt.
For online items simply mail your item back to us within 21 days of your order date and the cost of your item(s) will be applied to an e-gift card.
Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in-store.
Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item. Note: SoBo Boutique is not responsible if a package gets lost or stolen in the mail; it will be your responsibility to make a claim with the post office.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend letting us know right away via e-mail or phone. SoBo is very limited on items due the quick turnover.
If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help.
All discounted items and accessories (i.e. jewelry, shoes, handbags) are FINAL SALES and can not be exchanged.
Exchanges after 14 days of the item being received will not be accepted.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive an item in an unsellable condition or your item does not meet our exchange eligibility, you will be notified and the item will be returned to you.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.
We are a small boutique with limited quantities of merchandise and quick turnaround time therefore we only offer store credit or exchanges. We hope you love your items.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.
